 Chris Reedy founded Reedy Asset Management, Inc. in 1997. His career extends over twenty years in the investment and financial field, maintaining long-standing relationships with institutions and high net worth individuals. Recruited by Analytic Investment Management in 1986, as a trader and portfolio manager, Mr. Reedy managed over 150 million dollars in pension funds for Eastman Kodak and American Airlines. These accounts were invested in stocks and bonds and hedged with derivative instruments to provide maximum downside protection. Mr. Reedy was lured by what was then the AYCO Company and later aquired by Goldman Sachs, as a financial consultant for Fortune 500 executives.
As a fee-only consultant, he counseled clients on investment selection, retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning and preparation. Mr. Reedy is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a member of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. Mr. Reedy has a certified commercial pilot rating and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He also enjoys mountain biking and golf.

 Jim Macy has been involved in the financial services arena since 1994. His career started at Caesars Tahoe where he enjoyed marketing to high net worth individuals. In 1995 Crestline Funding, a local mortgage corporation, lured Jim back to the Southern California coast. Here he eventually secured a position as Senior Finance Consultant. Jim graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a BA in Political Science. Mr. Macy is a Certified Financical Planner (CFP) and currently serves as the Vice President of Investments for Reedy Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Macy is married and enjoys travelling with his wife and kids. Mr Macy is an avid golfer and continues to work on lowering his handicap.

Reedy Asset Management and Capital Reserve Advisors, Inc. have an exclusive strategic alliance. Capital Reserve, an independent registered investment advisory and portfolio management firm, is the exclusive research and trading partner of Reedy Asset Management. The officers of Capital Reserve are Ramon S. Panetti, President and Robert L. Panetti, Vice President.
 Ramon S. Panetti, President and Chief Investment Officer earned a BBA from John Carroll University, an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance, and a Juris Doctor from the Marshall School of Law, Cleveland State University; He served in a number of financial executive capacities at The Standard Oil Co. (Ohio), and developed Policies and Procedures to monitor the management performance of pension trust investment managers for Standard Oil Co. Mr. Panetti served as a corporate merger and acquisition consultant with Alspaugh & Co. for Fortune 1000 Companies and served as a lecturer on Economics, Corporate Finance and Business Policy at John Carroll University. He has also served as Chairman and CEO of a publicly held company.
Since 1978, Mr. Panetti has provided corporate and individual financial advisory and management services from offices in Newport Beach, California. In 1991 Mr. Panetti organized Capital Reserve Advisors to provide portfolio management services. Mr. Panetti has been a member of the Chancellor's Club and the Planned Giving Council of the University of California at Irvine.

 Robert L. Panetti, Vice President; Mr. Panetti earned a B.A. degree in honors economics from the University of California at Irvine in 1992. Mr. Panetti completed his honors thesis on the aftermarket performance of initial public offerings, and has undertaken other research projects on various aspects of Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT). He was accepted in the Economics Doctoral Program at UCI but elected to join Capital Reserve Advisors. He joined Capital Reserve at its inception in 1991 and is currently Director of Research, Trading and Administration. His primary responsibilities include corporate security analysis and valuation, and portfolio construction and management.
Mr. Panetti is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of The Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR). He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Newport Corporate Plaza Management Company and served as the Board President for two years.
